What is Akunpy?

How does the sharing work?

Akunpy manages pool of official Pro accounts. Each user gets isolated slot with individual password lock. Chat history and data don't mix between users. Encrypted with AES-256.

Is it legal?

Yes, operating as collaborative platform under Indonesian law. Similar to family plans (Spotify Family, Netflix Premium) but for individual services.

Why so much cheaper than official?

Four reasons: (1) Sharing model — costs split among users; (2) Scale of 8K users — bulk pricing; (3) Local Indonesian payment — no FX/credit card fees; (4) Cloudflare edge efficiency.

What about my privacy?

Akunpy doesn't store chat history. Data minimum: email + active plan. Slots isolated per user. AES-256 encryption. Password lock individual.

How fast is activation?

Under 1 minute after payment confirmation. Fully automated 24/7. No manual verification.

Can I pay with foreign credit card?

Regular plans support only Indonesian local methods (QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, bank transfer). For Enterprise/international: contact [email protected] for invoice billing.

Is there a refund policy?

The guarantee is technical: automatic slot recovery to a healthy account when issues occur. Compensation follows our terms of service — see /keamanan#garansi. Contact support via WhatsApp/Telegram for claims.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscription is non-recurring by default. You only pay for chosen duration (weekly/monthly/etc). No auto-renewal unless you opt in.

What's the uptime guarantee?

There is no numeric uptime SLA. The technical guarantee is auto-recovery pool rotation: when a slot has issues it is moved to a healthy account automatically. Compensation follows our terms of service — see /keamanan#garansi.

Indonesian (primary) and English. Technical team fluent in both.

Can I use Akunpy from outside Indonesia?

Platform primarily serves Indonesian users with IDR payment. For international/expat use cases, contact [email protected] for arrangement.

Is there an API or developer plan?

Regular plans cover Claude.ai web chat (with all features). For Claude API or Claude Code CLI with separate quota, contact support for Developer plan.
